Works fine, description is not clear that this does not come with a power cord.We've purchased 6 of these over the last couple months, 2 at a time, from Core 4 Solutions. Ship time was a couple day, the phones and all attachments and packaging were new and unspoiled. Although our Cisco phone system is older, Call Manager 8.5, the phones program and work fine. The firmware is newer than what our system pushes out, but the phones don't seem to mind.This is our daily phone that we use for our entire organization. Cant say enough good things about it. Seller was quick to get the product to us. Going with a different brandVery bad experienceThis phone is solid, and hence the 4/5 stars.Note that in order to get this to work, the phone must use CUC or Cisco Unified Communicator. Even though there's firmware for SIP, it uses SIP PROTOCOL to connect to Cisco UC.The phone was sent with missing parts. I had to get 'approval' first to return. When I was granted approval, I had to return-ship at my own expense. Here is the real kicker - they then charged me a restocking fee of 5%.The entire experience was frustrating and cost me money. Im herkömmlichen Fachhandel natürlich nicht erhältlich, da nicht Standard.La consegna è stata veloce, e il device si presentava come da descrizione. Unica difficoltà farci inviare una fattura, il fornitore continuava ad inviarci la Delivery Note che ai fini contabili è insufficiente; alla fine dopo tre richieste e l'intervento di Amazon ci hanno recapitato finalmente anche la fattura.
