Love the pattern! We weren’t originally going for the farmhouse look but after seeing this wallpaper it sold it for us but in a modern way. The adhesion is good if you apply smoothly. Take your time. The only downside to this paper is that it scratches somewhat easily. It’s more paper-like but you can wipe gently if you need to clean it so if you’re looking for something more durable I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this one but for the purposes of updating our look we love it. We just wipe it gently as we go to clean it which isn’t often and so far so good. We used it as a backsplash design and on one adjacent accent wall. We used about one and a half rolls and rolled it lengthwise so as not to have to cut the pattern too much and got the most use out of that method. As I write this review I don’t have the exact roll sizes we used but the guide pictured is what we went by and it was accurate. Before purchasing we read a review that mentioned their backing didn’t peel properly but decided to take a chance on it hoping maybe those were due to moisture in shipping conditions or something and our gamble paid off! It peeled normally. We were careful to store in the house in a low moisture area until we were ready to apply. You just peel and stick no spray bottles or anything needed. The application was easier when one person held the top lightly while the other lined up the placement but if you cut in smaller sections one person an do it. The location we chose to use it just worked best with an extra set of hands. Overall very happy with the look!
